At a gala awards ceremony at the Ageas Bowl on 19th July, the property industry’s leading names watched as the Park’s developer, Highwood, collected one of the most hotly contested awards of the night. Simon Beech, Land & Sales Director of Highwood, was quick to praise the teams involved in the project who had worked tirelessly to turn what was a very complex property vision into a the stunning landmark reality that’s exciting so many homehunters today.
‘We’re delighted that our North Stoneham Park project has captured the imagination of the awards’ judging panel,’ he said. ‘The Park has proved to be one of the south coast’s most iconic property developments in many years and to be recognised by our peers for that is quite an achievement. Highwood also picked up the award for the Fast Rising Property Business of the Year, which included recognition for the organisation’s outstanding commercial achievements over the last three years – and its creation of the North Stoneham Park project.
