Encouraging praise from our visitors for our COVID-19 measures
When we reopened our marketing suites and show homes at Avenue park and Homewood Park in May, we didn’t expect the new measures we’d implemented would have such a positive effect on our prospective purchasers.
We made a considerable effort to safeguard our visitors, customers and team and to remain compliant with Government guidance. We announced that all viewings and meetings would be strictly by prior appointment until further notice, with one-to-one meetings and pre-arranged, unaccompanied show home viewings. We installed dedicated hand sanitiser stations, social distancing signage and floor markings and sanitised all key areas after every visit too.
We’re overwhelmed by the praise and positive feedback we’ve received from those who have visited us since we reopened our marketing suites and show homes – and the increasing numbers of reservations we’ve seen for new homes in recent weeks is testament to that.
