The Park’s latest apartments will be released on the day too

We’re delighted to announce an exclusive Launch Day event when our two latest show homes will be unveiled. Saturday 21st September is also the day when the long-awaited release of the Park’s new apartments in Highwood House will take place.

Both show homes will be open all day – you’ll be able to take a close look at the beautiful three-bedroom Harewood on Plot 70 at leafy Homewood Park and the Langley, a stylish and spacious four-bedroom family home on Plot 122 at the already established Avenue Park. It’s also the day to be in with a chance of securing a new one or two-bedroom apartment in Highwood House – these homes have always sold fast and the Park’s developer, Highwood, is anticipating a great response on Launch Day.

Exciting incentives on selected plots

A number of exciting incentives will be also be offered on selected plots for guests who discover their dream home over the weekend. So, if you want to get your stamp duty paid, a flooring pack to include a mix of tiling, carpets and Amtico and all your white goods from oven, hob and extractor to dishwasher and fridge-freezer for free, save the date and don’t miss out!

Mortgage advisors from the Park’s approved panel of experts will be on hand to answer questions on the day and offer advice on the Help to Buy scheme that applies to every new home; remember, you can secure yours for just £500 when you use Help to Buy. There’ll also be a free prize draw to win £100 in IKEA vouchers – a welcome reward for anyone about to make their move and wanting to put their own special mark on their new home.   

The Launch Day will run from 10am to 5pm when both new show homes will be available to view at your leisure and the Park’s Marketing Suites will be open throughout. Refreshments will be served during the day.

Prices for the Harewood house type start at £375,000, the Langley at £485,000 and Highwood House apartments from just £190,000. Couple that with all those special incentives and your new dream home could be about to become a reality.
