We’ve created beautiful homes across the Park, each within its own special setting and with its own individual character and appeal – but, more than that, we’ve created a community that everyone wants to be part of and get involved with.

We’re fortunate to be surrounded by one of the most idyllic landscapes in the area and we’ve given it a heart with a local centre that’s right on our doorstep and filled with a great range of facilities available for everyone to enjoy. These include the Park’s new school and nursery that’s run by the YMCA – both are just a short walk away.

The Park’s new local centre includes shops and a fabulous community centre that serves as an invaluable hub and meeting place where activities and events can be hosted. A new children’s nursery is also making life even more enjoyable for those with young families living at the Park.

We’re also proud to have built the new Stoneham Park Academy – a new £6.3 million school. The first intake of new pupils have already taken their places in the school’s classrooms and, as the new school year arrives, we’re excited to see even more smiling faces arriving each morning.
