Homewood Park sits adjacent to the historic Home Wood that dates back to the time of Domesday and which was once known as Summergate Wood. A wonderful series of meandering footpaths cross the area providing long, leafy walks that take in the picturesque ponds, swales and hollows that give more than a glimpse of the rich ecology within this area.
The Homewood Park wetlands are bordered by gravel paths and form the perfect surroundings for walkers to experience the carefully conserved habitats and a perfectly protected environment that’s now been given a fresh chance to flourish.
Homewood Park is also the setting for three fabulous play areas that provide hours of safe fun for adventurous young children who love getting close to nature and enjoying the great outdoors.
“This is a stunning setting and its best features have been beautifully preserved thanks to a close collaboration with the Hampshire Gardens Trust.”
President, Hampshire Gardens Trust
Some of the homes that are situated close to the woodland in Homewood Park feature distinct elevations, treatments and materials, such as sustainable wood cladding, for example, that reflect and respect the forestry setting to best effect.
One of the most impressive features of this area of the Park is Homewood Approach, the glorious tree-lined boulevard that links the beautiful homes here with the footpaths that skirt the stunning landscape and leads towards the vast woodland space ahead.
From charming apartments to impressive two, three, four and five-bedroom houses, we’ve designed homes to suit first-time buyers and growing families as well as professionals and those in their later years who want to live somewhere special – a place where everything is close at hand.
