As we welcome in the New Year, we’re also mindful that our region’s Tier 4 Covid restrictions are upon us. Fortunately, for those who are visiting the Park or planning their move here, it’s still very much business as usual and with all our safety measures in place to keep everyone protected – and moving safely too.
By way of a reminder, when you visit the marketing suite, you’ll need to wear a face mask and check in using the simple QR code scanner on your NHS COVID-19 app in line with the NHS Track and Trace service. You can download the app from your smartphone’s app store – please do this before you visit so you can stay up to date with alerts and other information.
We have dedicated hand sanitiser stations in our marketing suite and show homes along with social distancing signage and floor markings that we would ask visitors to our marketing suite to observe. We also sanitise all key areas after every visit so rest assured we have your health and safety in mind at all times.
We’ll continue to conduct all viewings and meeting by prior appointment and this system has been well received by househunters who appreciate the personal attention and extra time and privacy they have when exploring their potential dream home. Whenever you visit, we’ll run through our safety procedures, so you’ll know exactly how to make use of your time at the Park safely.
To arrange a meeting with the team at our Homewood Park marketing suite or a viewing for a show home here, please call us on 023 8001 1620 during our opening hours, which are from 10am to 5.30pm, seven days a week.
We’d also like to reassure those who have a move to the Park planned during these Tier 4 restrictions that we’re here for all the help and advice you need – if you have any concerns at all, please get in touch. You can call us on 023 8001 1620 or click to contact us.
Remember, it’s easy to explore our lovely homes at the Park without the need to travel here. If you visit our Gallery, you’ll see a great selection of virtual fly-through show home tours that will give you a real insight into what each home offers.
Don’t forget the stamp duty holiday will come to an end on 31st March 2021. Buying a new home can take several months to complete so, if you want to save up to £15,000 on the price of a new home, now’s the time to put your plans into practice.
