Marketing suites and show homes reopen at North Stoneham Park

Following updated guidance from the Government, we’re delighted to announce that our marketing suites and show homes at Avenue Park and Homewood Park will re-open on Wednesday 20^th May. Please note all viewings and meetings will be strictly by prior appointment at this time.

We’re doing our best to keep everyone moving and, with the safety of our visitors, customers and team at the heart of our reopening plans, we’ve put new measures in place for everyone’s peace of mind while the current coronavirus restrictions apply.

These include conducting one-to-one meetings and unaccompanied show home viewings that you can arrange by calling us on 023 8001 1620 during our opening hours, which are from 10am to 5.30pm, seven days a week. When you visit, we’ll talk you through our new safety procedures, give you access to dedicated hand sanitiser stations and ask you to adhere to our social distancing signage and floor markings. We’ll sanitise all key areas after visits too.

We’re also pleased to confirm that our exclusive selling agent for the Park, Charters, has now reopened all branches and is supporting our buyers with advice and valuations for those who are keen to make their move, as Charters Chairman, Rob Mott, explains.

‘Our teams have procedures in place to ensure everyone who is looking to move or further along in the process can do so safely,’ says Rob. ‘We’re also working closely with purchasers to conduct valuations for those utilising the Park’s Part Exchange and Assisted Move schemes, which will help protect housing chains and moving timescales and give reassurance to buyers and sellers.’
